Below is a consulting document we made for Plagueborn, an upcoming indie roguelike. For this specific case, we focused more on branding, UI design and gameplay elements since the game is a year from release. For a game closer to launch our focus might shift more towards marketing, changes that are not as fundamental or priority fixes before release.
